油雞
這是我妹上次去他婆家, 跟他夫婿的爸爸學的.
材料:
雞, 醬油, 冰糖, 大蒜頭, 料酒
做法:
熱油爆蒜
雞皮朝鍋底放入一分鐘左右
倒入醬油料酒水冰糖一二分鐘
把雞翻面, 皮朝上, 蓋鍋, 滾後中小火廿分鐘左右
中間把汁林在雞皮上色, 煮至汁剩一碗, 起鍋
湯汁倒碗, 可沾吃.
*在煮雞的時候可以放一快橫切的排骨. 會非常好吃!
