別類油雞

之前紀錄過一個油雞的做法. 最近在看到 Gordon Ramsay 的 Sticky Lemon Chicken 食譜時, 感覺很熟悉. 它實在就是油雞, 只是材料稍微有一點不同. 這實在很有趣啊!

Gordon Ramsay's Sticky Lemon Chicken:

1 large chicken(or a box of chicken drums)
Sea Salt and Black Pepper
3-4 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Head Garlic
Few Thyme Sprigs
Splash of Sherry Vinegar
2 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp Honey
1 Lemon (ideally with a Mandolin?)
Bunch of Parsley, chopped

照前面油雞的燒法就行了!
