the data i need

I am trying to consolidate Receiving Report(Product Sort).  

I am using Daily Pick list everyday.  

I am using Request list everyday.  

I am using Full cat for label sheets everyday.  

For Daily Pick list, I need Product-Lot data, and Product-name(Description).  

For Request list, I need SKU, Product type, Product OEM status, OEM Supplier info, and Sizes.

For Full Cat label sheet, I need SKU, Host, Clonality, Size.  

What need to be keep updated?  Product name, Product-Lot data, OEM Status OEM Supplier, and NEW Items, which happened quite often.
